I'm back from my 3 days fun-filled trip from Bangkok!

15 Sep
We were at the Budget Terminal at 4.30am, as our flight was at 6.30am. The Budget Terminal looked very much like a warehouse, something very similar to Singapore Expo. The word for it: Empty. Without even sleeping a wink that night, my boy and I were pretty overly "high", and to still be able to look quite fresh and alert, that's really something. Usually I'd look totally wasted and panda-fied.

The morning view from the plane was absolutely breath-taking. To see the rise of the sun was indeed a beautiful sight, and from such altitude, really fantastic.

And finally, we arrived at Novotel at Siam. Waiting at the hotel lobby, and our room with the mega-sized bed respectively.

We jumped for joy, for we finally could have a little shut-eye before we started our day shopping out in the streets of Bangkok.

Triumph lingeries there are almost half the price of Singapore. 4 at the price of $151. That's damn cheap! 4 pieces in Singapore would easily set one back by about $280. $151 is a kill!

My boy settled his Phad Thai craving for dinner, and I had a fruit slushie that went by the name of Two Piece Bikini. Delicious.

Say YUM! =)

16 Sep
The entire of day 2 was spent at Chatuchak, the mega weekend market which sells almost anything and everything! Look at the pets, so cute! If it wasn't for all the hassle at the airport regarding pets, I would have already gotten myself a baby from there.

The most retarded sight of the day was uniformed men selling pirated VCDs of some sort. My boy and I were so amused that we had to snap a picture before walking away. Look:

At the end of the day, I bought a whole load of stuffs, while my boy only got himself 1 top. Totally -_-. Chatuchak sooooo big and only 1 pathetic item caught his eye?! zZz! Here's my loot from day 1 & 2.

The 6 hours plus of walking around Chatuchak left us more thirsty than hungry, so our dinner were delicious fruit slushies again. His Mango Smile and my I-can't-remember-what's-its-name.

17 Sep
Food there is cheap like nobody's business! The Mcflurry cost us only about $0.90 and the Blizzard from Dairy Queen was only $1.10. Total madness! And so after a filling lunch, my boy and I stuffed ourselves silly with ice cream!

The 3rd day was weird because we went grocery shopping. LOL!

We went out again after depositing our groceries, and we came back with all these sin:

Kiwi Express -- Blackcurrent Blackout

Upon returning to Singapore, I got myself a huge bottle of Baileys, the item that's been sitting on my wishlist for quite some time now. Mint chocolate flavour! I'm going back for the caramel creme some day!

I loved my little getaway a lot. Thank you baby, for everything. =)

Tuesday, September 11, 2007

And so, the first day back at school was nothing fantastic except for the newly installed escalators. Thank goodness for them, so now we don't have to climb 4 storeys like mad (especially when we're late) and end up being super out of breath.

Happy to bump into Valene during Audit lecture. And the first thing she said was, "What are you doing here?!" Obviously I'm like you girl, there to study. LOL. Interesting how SIM mix the year 2s and 3s together for certain modules.

This weekend, we're not going to Rasa Sentosa anymore. Change of plan. We're heading to Bangkok instead. Hope this 4 days holiday will be able to take my mind of my blasted TP. =(

This is totally irrelevant: I've got a retarded neighbour, some Caucasian fella. There's a dog somewhere out there barking (or yelping rather), and that guy just shouted out of his window, "Shut your fucking dog up. Fucking idiots." He said something similar 3 times. -rolleyes- What's his problem? He's nosier than the dog with his incessant complaints.

It's so damn stupid to mount the damn kerb in the damn circuit. With that, it's a bye bye, even though I only had 6 demerit points on the road. 6 out of 18 is one hell of a result. The irony of it was that I wasn't even doing any narrow course, just a normal turn.

The tester told me to TURN TURN TURN even though I wasn't quite positioned properly to turn yet, and there I have it, my very own joyride up the damn kerb. Are all TP testers always in such a rush?

The most retarded thing was that it was raining yet he still asked me to get out of the car to take a look. For fuck? I could FEEL that I mounted the kerb, still must check? So I got drenched for something I could FEEL and need not SEE. End result still fail, so see for what? zZzZ!

I'm pissed and depressed. Cry me a river. =(((

But I'm glad that my parents are so supportive. I got hugs from both my Mom and Dad, something that I haven't had in years.

Tell me you love Tigger too. I cannot get enough of Tigger, and my latest addition of him is this uber cute handphone pouch above. I heart Tigger. =)

I had the weirdest banana for lunch (or late lunch rather) about half an hour ago. Siamese banana. Weird appearance, but fantastic taste. YUM! And the best way for me to round up lunch is to savour the taste of my very own home-made ice blended earl grey tea.

From a 5 months wait, to 3 months, to just one week. =)))

Sunday, September 02, 2007

We had a great time last night, and I'm glad that he loved and enjoyed everything that was set out for him.

Half of the afternoon was spent bustling around the kitchen with my Mom, making a lychee jelly-top cheesecake. And it was all worth it when I saw the smile on his face when it was presented to him later at night. Here's the cake that was worth the time making, just to get that priceless smile from him:

The cream cheese sort of floated up a little when the jelly was poured over. Disaster to the appearance, but taste wise, definitely unaltered.

Brought him to Essential Brew for dinner, and boy, was the food there good. Serving there was humongous too! My boy was totally stuffed out after dinner, and so was I. Don't Army guys have slightly larger appetites? So, go figure the portions served. Then again, maybe it was because he helped me with half my meal? No, portion was really generous.

His: Vanilla Obsession -- Mine: Temptation Island

His: Rosti Stacked Beef -- Mine: Grilled Tofu Steak

Both our mains were really good but my dish totally won me over. Quaint ambience (if no one's throwing a party of some sort there), very good food (judging by our orders that is. Don't flame me if you try/tried something else and it doesn't/didn't reach expectations. To each his own.) Definitely worth another visit, and another, and another. Ok, you get the idea (and again, to each his own).

Caught Ratatouille, and it's a good watch.

I'm glad you had fun baby, and that this whole plan was a success. Thank you for being the good Prince for the night and allowing me to do all coverage (though you still tried to squirm your way out at EB. Good thing I caught it in time, heh). Treat the shirt with care okay? I'm going to load you up with more stuffs in due time! =)

Friday, August 31, 2007

The 5 months wait for my TP test is shortened to 3 months. =)

If it wasn't for that one last assessment I have to attend on Monday, I could have clinched the rare dates of either 7 or 11 September. Hope there will be more cancellations by others in September.
Happy birthday darling! =)

It's a pity that my boy has to spend his birthday stuck in camp, and to make things worse, he'll only be booking out on Saturday night. What happened to the usual Saturday afternoon? Bummer.

Doesn't really matter anyway. I've got Saturday night all planned out. Just for you. =)

Monday, August 27, 2007

Today was by far the best trip down to SSDC, because I had him with me. That lucky boy will only be booking in later tonight, so he accompanied me to my driving lesson.

I'm so blessed to have him there to wait out that one hour plus with me after my lesson for my Final Theory Test. Booked for my TP test, and it's an agonizing 5 months long wait.

The "Little Terror" will be patient. =)

Sunday, August 26, 2007

I'll be going on a little vacation a week after school starts. It's so ironic because I had 3 whole months of holiday yet I'm only going away during school term.

Over last weekend, my boy booked a pretty room at Rasa Sentosa. 3 days 2 nights, yay! And no, I won't be missing school at all for I do not have lessons on Mondays.

He's the sweetest thing on earth, my sweetest drug. =) I love Unicurd soy dessert, but I love you more.

I drove his Mom's BMW today, LOL.

Thursday, August 23, 2007

While having my driving lesson earlier today, I spotted an unusual sight. Then I told my instructor about it and the following happened:

Him: Hmm, nice arh. But maybe it's an indication of how big the hole in the Ozone layer is now.
Him: No, maybe UFO!
Me: *crack up with laughter* It's the end of the world already.
Him: *started bobbing up and down around the car, stretching sideways to get a good view like a kid*

After that, whenever I bring the car to a halt, the two of us would start looking out and up of the windscreen to view that awesome sight.

Him: People from outside and from other cars will think why this instructor and trainee keep staring up into the sky. They might think we're mad.
Me: HAHAHAHAHA.

Just take a look at this beauty:

Pretty, no? It's like there was a circular rainbow around the sun. Just that it wasn't and couldn't be a rainbow. Rainbows do not circle the sun in that manner. It was a perfect circle, with the sun smacked right in the middle of it. Like how when light is refracted or reflected in a certain manner, you get such "rainbow" effect. Very very very pretty.

When I drove the car back into the driving school, my instructor happily wound his window down and started telling the other instructors that there's a "rainbow" in the sky. After lesson was over, I couldn't care less and stood right in the midst of all the school cars and snapped pictures of that pretty thing.

What a sight.
A couple of days ago, I casually asked my Mom (without expecting any positive outcome) if she would grant me a supplementary card, and she merely smiled (which I could positively tell that she was considering).

Today, she asked under which bank would I prefer. I told her I was fine with any, so she suggested Citibank. =) Hopefully my Mom would get the forms soon, so I'd be able to be a Citibank Platinum sup card holder in no time. Woot!

Monday, August 20, 2007

He was so mean that he couldn't even wait for a mere 3 minutes. And it wasn't like there was no one in the vehicle. Crap.

Because of him, I got slightly pissy with my boy. I'm sorry.

In future, our Sundays should be spent in a relaxed manner, and not having to rush here and there just to get all our little errands done.

From hereon, Saturdays will be for us to fly around our little city and Sundays we'll just take it slowly and enjoy the last few hours we have left before you get shipped back to the other land.

Crap, the picture is doing a damn fantastic job at pissing the shit out of me. -_-

Anyway, happy 25th birthday to my sister-in-law-to-be!

Saturday, August 18, 2007

My throat hurts like crap, and it has been that way for a couple of days now. Thank goodness it doesn't sting as badly as how a normal sore throat usually would, and I'm not the least bit hoarse (yet). I suspect I'm having something more than just a mere sore throat, probably a throat infection.

It hurts with each swallow, and it feels like I have the world globe in my throat. As disgusting as this may sound, my throat feels constipated. The "can't swallow" and "can't shit" parts really are very alike one another.

And for those who know me, they would know I would never wake up at 6+am on a weekend for no apparent reason. The power of this damn "sore throat".

On a sidenote, I'm awed at some things. Sometimes the simplest things can amaze me. Who can ever beat this bo-bi telepathic pair?

Stop feeding off other people's exact words. Advert's next? -_-

Friday, August 17, 2007

For the first time since he enlisted, my man who is learning to protect our nation, is booking out today, on a Friday night!

Sometimes I wonder what's the purpose of booking out on a Saturday afternoon and having to book back in on Sunday evening. That's just about 30 hours back in civilization, then they've got to be packed back to merge with the sea of green again.

I shall embrace this long weekend with my one and only. Can't wait to go and get him after my driving lesson later, yay!

Rain, please stop. It's terrible to drive in the rain.

Tuesday, August 14, 2007

It's been half a year since we've been together, and slightly more than three and a half years since we've known each other. Has it already been THAT long? It sure doesn't feel so. I love you. =)

Had my third driving lesson today and like the other two instructors, my instructor today thought I'm 18, 19 max. He was saying that if I would to go to the movies for a R21 film, I'm bound to have to flash my identity card. -_-

I can grow old looking young for a long time to come, but the crow's feet by my eyes are starting to show, damn. Mom has been nagging me to start taking care of my skin since I was 13, for it's never too young to start. And I shall! I want to have supple skin like my Mom even when I'm nearing 50.

Sunday, August 12, 2007

What I said of not worrying about calories when I'm out with my boy is really evident today. We had a fantastic dinner at Aunty Kim's Korean Restaurant. Thank you darling. =)

The complimentary sides.

Seafood pancake. Starchy but nice.

His dish and mine respectively. His was some rice dish where a sweet/spicy sauce is poured over it and the egg being mashed up with everything else. A pity that I abstain from rice, so I only did a taste test. Not too bad.

The beef with special sauce was YUM! My baby agreed with me! We were both too full to stuff everything down, and so we left quite a fair portion of the pancake behind (it had a 12-inch radius can!). I know it's bad to waste food, but not like we didn't try our best. Oh well.

I enjoy time spent with my one and only. =)))

Thursday, August 09, 2007

You know how it is that when you're with your loved one(s), you can set aside things and forgo certain rules of your own, make concessions, et cetera. For me would be my idiosyncrasy towards food.

With him, my dieting plans are temporarily hurled aside, and it really doesn't cause me any uneasiness or distress, unlike before.

We re-visited Ice Kimo earlier today and had the double scoop of green tea & red bean and chempedak. Simply yum! Sent him off to Pasir Ris and he bought me a donut which had a corny name of Princess Donut. -_-

Great, ice cream for lunch and a donut for dinner. Junk, all junk. -_-

Tuesday, August 07, 2007

Retail therapy is really extremely therapeutic, but that only applies to the soul and mood, definitely not for the poor feet and wallet. For someone like me who has been advised against exercising, shopping is a sure and good way to burn off some calories. That beats sitting around and accumulating fats, no?

Bought a tunic which is supposed to be a long top, but because I'm not tall (okay fine, I'm short, so?), it passes off as a dress for me, and I love it so very much. But of course, an enjoyable shopping spree would not have been possible if not for the right shopping partner.

At 6.30pm, the first "meal" for both of us was this:

Mine Hers

Uh huh, no food consumption for the entire day and we settled for desserts as our breakfast/lunch/dinner. There's something very wrong with our systems, but it doesn't matter so long we're happy.

Happy 25th birthday to my elder brother!

Oh, sidetrack a little here. Friendster is so screwed up that when I saw this, I was holding back my laughter so hard that I swear could easily cause another Pneumothorax attack. Take a look at "38 years ago".

Sunday, July 29, 2007

After passing my Basic Theory Test on the first attempt more than 2 years ago, I procrastinated until today to book lessons for my practical. And I hopped from BBDC to SSDC.

In less than 10 days I'd be starting my first lesson, which is damn fast according to my boy. He waited about a month to start lessons back then, so I suppose it's really very fast for my case.

After 2 years of procrastination, finally, this is it. LOL!

Yay-ness to the green tea and red bean ice cream at Ice Kimo. Amazing that I'm on the low side (and still dropping) despite not exercising for almost over a month now and still indulging in all the good stuff with him. Weekends are not meant for calorie counting, just sheer blissful indulgence. =)

Saturday, July 28, 2007

The Simpsons was a great "just for laughs" show, super retarded but extremely enjoyable. But of course, nothing beats the company I had.

Friday, July 27, 2007

X-ray today revealed that the excess air is finally totally gone, and because on the 19th there was still some remaining air, the respiratory specialist concluded that my wound just healed within last week.

The worst news I got from him was that I was not to do any exercise at all for the next 6 weeks, apparently to allow the wound to heal completely and to prevent another chance for my damn lung to puncture again. WTF. So any exercise that requires me to inhale with more strength than usual is totally out for me. Doesn't that very much concludes that EVERYTHING is out? Damn. 6 freaking weeks before I can put on those runners again. =(

The Countryside girl is off to have a particular Tamarind for dessert. Yum, exotic delicacy.

My new toy that Mom bought for me. An air purifier, no thanks to the recent relapse of Pneumothorax.

Goodbye to stale air in my room, hello to nice fresh smelling air. And apparently the scent that Mom chose would help me to sleep better. Not that I have much problems sleeping lately, in fact, I'm sleeping almost at about the same time as when my boy has his lights out in camp. Oh, the goodness of being accustomed to sleeping "normally" again, or rather, at a more humane timing.

And it's Wednesday! Yeah, not a big deal to many out there, but it is to me! In about 48 hours' time, I'll get to see that goofy face again! With a smile plastered to my face, I want this 48 hours to swoop by fast.

Friday, July 20, 2007

Horror of all horrors! The lung specialist forbade me to do any form of exercise until the remaining air is totally gone. This is really bad! No jogging and I'm so going to turn into a fat glob of lard! DAMN!

In a week's time I still have to go back for another follow up and take another x-ray. At the rate I'm receiving so many x-rays, I can just imagine the number of cells being killed. 5 x-rays in 2 weeks, 10 x-rays so far in 5 months. If Pneumothorax doesn't kill me, I bet the x-rays will. -_-

If ever Pneumothorax returns, the doctors are going to glue my lung to the wall of the ribcage to substantially reduce another recurrence. Now, that sounds promising!

Been a week since I last saw him, and it's another dreadful week to go. Right after my appointment next week, I'll get to see my boy! Yay for that! =)))

Monday, July 16, 2007

The power of taking medication that causes drowsiness is that I managed to sleep through everything without remembering what I did or did not do.

I downed cough syrup, flu pills, and muscle relaxants that was prescribed and sleepiness got to me at 2030. The best part was I totally could not remember my boy calling me at 2215 and he even messaged me after hanging up. I think I actually read it but I really have no damn recollection at all when I just read it again. All these only surfaced when I asked him why he did not call, totally OOPS.

Checked my drafts and found a message full of gibberish that was meant to be sent to the boy, and that message was, "I cvudf?.g i" Now somebody, tell me what the hell was that all about?

Oh anyway, thanks to all who called or messaged for well wishes. I must have sounded like I was in spaceland last night, sorry, can't help it! LOL. Right, I should go try to sleep somemore.

Sunday, July 15, 2007

And the verdict, it's Pneumothorax, again.

Like before, it's the same lung.
Like before, I was poked twice by the doctor.
Like before, the needle was used on me (but the doctor's initial decision was to use a chest tube, thank goodness I didn't have to go through that).
Like before, I spent many hours at TTSH. (read: 0900-1830)
Like before, I have to go back to see the specialist.

Unlike before, my doctor wasn't all that cute, though still easy on the eyes.
Unlike before, the anaesthetic didn't quite work on the first jab, and so I actually felt pain when the needle was inserted in me.
Unlike before, I had a major diarrhoea going on today and I had to battle the pain both from my tummy and my chest. (and the doctor operating on me forbade me to clear my system before the operation for, quote "I need to monitor you and make sure you don't pass out in the toilet, just hold it for 15 minutes." And so he lied, for the operation took longer than that.)
Unlike before, the amount of air extracted was 780ml (previously: 480ml).
Unlike before, I still have a remaining of approximately 50ml of air left in me.
Unlike before, I was put on a drip. (and hell, I was jabbed thrice before the doctor found a suitable vein.)
Unlike before, I still feel some tightness in my chest.
Unlike before, my boy (although then he wasn't my boy yet) couldn't be with me today.
And unlike before, I had Orange by my side all those while, and that instantly brought my boy's presence very much felt. =)

My love --- 3 insertions,1 plastered, 1 exposed, 1 with tube.

What you get for moving around too much.

Saturday, July 14, 2007

Oh crap, there's this nagging pain in my right chest when I inhale, just like the last time when Pneumothorax hit me in February. Doctor said that there is a tendency of a relapse but I damn sure hope that this is not it again.

I'm hoping that it's due to the fact that I'm having a sore throat and flu and that the incessant coughing is the cause of the pain. No, I don't need Pneumothorax to hit me again now. Damn it.

And the fact that I'm missing him is not helping one bit. =(

Thursday, July 12, 2007

Tomorrow is the day that I would lose the luxury of constantly having my boy around. Tomorrow is the day where Orange would temporarily start to replace my boy's hugs.

We went shopping for Orange's clothes earlier, and here's Orange in Tigger's overalls. Now I can hug her to sleep without having to fear of destroying her delicate fur.

I'm so going to miss him. =(

Monday, July 09, 2007

In a few days time, the Army would be taking my boy. So today we went out to have fun, and to stuff ourselves silly with food before he'll be deprived of such in NS.

Went to Kuishin-Bo for lunch, but seriously, with all the rave about how good it is, I personally found it quite average. I only really enjoyed their super thick slices of salmon sashimi, the pork kebab and the green tea ice cream. Other than that, food there was quite ordinary. Maybe because I didn't try everything there, so I might have missed out on some good stuff, but I'd rather go for ala carte at Waraku than stuffing myself silly at Kuishin-Bo. But nevermind, for we have to give everything in life a shot.

Build-A-Bear Workshop just released their limited edition Autumn Bear which I set eyes on prior to the launch. 06/07/07 was the launch and today I'm a proud owner of one of them. =) It's orange and furry and so very cuddly, and it even has a birth certificate, which includes its name, height and weight measurements, as well as the owner's name, that would very well be me. Of course, the birth of Orange was made possible by my one and only. =) I love Orange a lot.

We're ending today with very nice white wine. =) Perfect.

Thursday, July 05, 2007

We conquered the distance from Yishun to Countryside (YCK) on foot. I adore long walks like this. More please!

Wednesday, July 04, 2007

Trooped down to SGCC with my boy earlier today for a tanning session, with the new bikini set that he got for me the other time. Very pretty, heh. And now that poor boy's burnt, lobster red, LOL!

Late lunch at the poolside cafe was very nice for I got to savour very chewy beef hor fun and yummy ice cream.

He then drove us to Sentosa and we walked the whole of Palawan Beach. And oh holly molly, we bumped into Wei Quan. Fancy bumping into him, hur.

The entire day was good, very good. =)

Tuesday, July 03, 2007

The people around me whom I love are receiving the brunt of this certain disability of mine.

And I'm sorry. I'll try to make things right, with my willpower (or whatever there is left of it).

Friday, June 29, 2007

Oh yay, I slept at 3am with much difficulty and I'm already so damn wide awake now. Tell me it feels to have a sleeping disorder. -_-

On average, it takes me at least half an hour to fall asleep, and on bad nights, it can max out to 2 hours or so. Any methods that can enable me to sleep with ease and peace?

By right I should be dead tired last night after jogging with my boy in the evening. Isn't exercising one of the remedies that ensures sleep to embrace you with ease? There's something extremely wrong with my body's mechanisms. And this has been going on for way too long.

Monday, June 25, 2007

Happy 20th birthday you stinky little brother!

Sunday, June 24, 2007

Our sin for the day: Belgian chocolate fondue.

The chocolate was really very thick and rich. Extremely good fondue, and although we've not had our breakfast or lunch at 4pm yet, we had problems finishing the entire thing. So that very much explains the portion of fruits that was served as well as the richness of the chocolate huh?

For $14.80, you get a huge serving of fruits and marshmellows, any 2 flavours of ice cream (which was really 2 scoops of each flavour, making it 4 scoops altogether), 2 very fluffy, crispy and tasty waffles (which was the winner to me), and not forgetting the pot of Belgian chocolate itself. So, what more can you ask for?

And believe it or not, this ang mo dessert is not located at some posh place. It's at Golden Mile Food Centre, below Army Market. Yes, hawker centre.

The power of food blog hopping. Hah.

Wednesday, June 20, 2007

I love my boy's place. Huge, dark (in a nice and cosy way), and comfortable. Like a spoilt prince, he has a big queen size bed that's my paradise (not that my queen size bed isn't nice, it's just different).

Sidenote: 4 days, 3 nights boot camp at Countryside coming up! LOL.

Year 1 Sem 2, Year 2 Sem 1, not much of a difference what.
Just like 12 years old and 21 years old, not much of a difference.
-rolleyes-

Tuesday, June 19, 2007

Received a scent that made its way back from Capri, Italy. 13 hours across the ocean, and I was told to use it sparingly, for it can only be found in Capri. Thank you.

Friday, June 15, 2007

Third post in a day and I know this is getting too much but I can't help it, because I'm so happy that I've finally bought my laptop! -triple grin-
News Report: Water Pipe Burst in Countryside

Not the entire Countryside Estate, but this particular unit in the estate. But that really is so not funny. The water pipe overhead my brothers' room apparently leaked silently earlier while my younger brother was poo-ing and it rained all over the house.

Now the stairs and stairs landing are all wet and slippery, and oh God forbid, I may just slip and fall to my death later. What's worse is that nobody's at home! Uncle brought my gramps AND the maid (for the maid's my grandpa's personal assistant) out!

And for the best thing, I'm stuck at home with no water to brush my teeth, lest shower. Horror of all horrors? Yes, indeed. But my boy, being the always loving and sweet boyfriend, has offered to come and pick me up to go shower over at his crib! It's just my lucky day that he didn't go to work today! =)))

So now, I patiently await his arrival. Heh.
Finally, after a long wait, I get to dine at Waraku. Fabulous Japanese food, and the outlet at ECP was really a very good experience. Nice ambience and all.

Strolled along the beach with the boy, and had a nice talk about the past and all the missed opportunities. Wasted, I would agree, but it really doesn't matter now, does it? Because now we're able to carve out a future that belongs to us. =)

He drove around aimlessly for a while, which was fine by me, for I love car rides. Ended up at some place special, somewhere that he had brought me to before, and somewhere that holds sweet memories for me. My special place with him.

And the perfect day ended with a perfect note. Jay-Jay, I love you. =)

Sashimi - 5 kinds --- Look at the size of it!

His: Creamy Scallop Udon --- Mine: Cod Fish & Veg in Spicy Miso Soup

Tuesday, June 12, 2007

LOL. My boyfriend is such a retard, but a cute one at that. He rushed all the way to work, only to realize that he did not bring his office door key. So, being locked out means that he doesn't have to work!

So now he's on his way over to my crib.

Sunday, June 10, 2007

My computer died on me. Apparently, the hard disk is gone case, and this is not the first time that my computer decided that it has reached its maximum life span. So fine, in a week or two, a laptop shall take over its place, for good.

Was out with Deltarians earlier today. Actually, inclusive of me, there were just 4 of us. Quite a number couldn't make it at the last minute, and it really is quite a bummer. Suki Sakura buffet followed by Pirates of the Caribbean (again, for 3 of us).

Seriously, Pirates is a show that's really worth watching again and again. This round made me understand the show better, and I saw parts that I do not remember watching the first time round. Even my boy and another guy saw parts that were missed before.

Hopefully there'll be an improvement in attendance the next round.

Thursday, June 07, 2007

Slacking at home with that lazy bum, watching taped movies, VCDs, DVDs etc, is really one of the pleasures in life that money cannot buy.

He miraculously received 2 preview tickets for Ocean's Thirteen from his mother and so we're going to catch it later this evening! Yay!

call me tiger
