Initially, I thought this was the plate that we were going to eat out from, but it turned out to be only a "napkin plate". So darn classy!

Trio Delight Combinations
Braised Superior Shark's Fin Soup with Crabmeat and Crab Roe.
This dish was chockful of yummylicious goodness. Every spoonful was filled with huge pieces of shark's fin. I've never eaten shark's fin soup that consisted of more ingredients than soup itself.

Silver Cod Fish with Spicy Sauce & Stir-fried Belachan Fragrant Rice with Scallop
AHHH! I LOVE COD FISH! And this rendition was damn good!
Watermelon Puree with Longan & Chinese Red Bean Pancake
See, the presentations of the food were really pretty, no? Anyway, Kumar (the comedian/host/multi-talented human) was hired to entertain us for about 30 minutes, and throughout that whole time, everyone was laughing hard at his cold/lame/crude-but-true jokes.
