It Is Today!
In right about 12 hours' time, I'd be seated comfortably on my SQ flight, containing the excitement that is bubbling within me as best as I can. Oh my, I wonder how am I going to get through work today. My heart has already flown to Down Under!

By right, my flight to Sydney was booked for 1st July, but on the spur of moment as NJ4 and I were chatting over MSN, something sparked me to want to go over earlier, as much as he wanted me there sooner! So by maxing out the number of days of annual leave I have, I'm heading to Sydney 2 days earlier!
29th June, I can't wait for your arrival! =D

Learning Journey, Team Bonding & More
Today we had a learning journey and team bonding activity held for all the support staffs in the school, and I'm so glad I went for it!
We had a guided tour/walk from Hort Park till the end of Henderson Waves, followed by lunch at Safra and then a 2 hours bowling session.
In between lunch and bowling, we had a lot of spare time to kill, so we walked around and I bought shorts from E-Mart. We walked somemore and lo and behold, there was a function room which was holding a 1 day Kate Spade sale!
I went in and I was totally smitten by this bag:
I am not sure how many percent was that bag on sale for, because it was not stated anywhere, but I reckon it was about 10% off? Needless to say, I own this baby. =)

I'm Ready!
With 18 more days to go, I know it is a little too soon to be totally packed for my trip to Sydney, but I am! Weighing in at 14kg, and with just a couple of daily essentials left to be thrown in, my luggage is otherwise ready! Every single item is ziplocked and vacuum packed, and I really mean EVERYTHING. I feel so military. Hahaha!
Thanks to my Sister-In-Law for lending me this huge-but-not-too-huge luggage, together with the awesome vacuum packs and a couple more other stuffs. =)
A Year Went By
So it has been exactly a year since Dada left us, which also marks the 1st Anniversary since my 3rd Pneumothorax attack. Funny how a year had past, yet everything from that night is still so fresh and vivid in my head.
With this, it also means that in just a couple of days' time, it would be a year since Sparky went missing. =(
I miss, I miss, I miss.

Cookie Monster Part II
I have a little terror in the house. Small in size, but big in quirky habits and nonsensical traits.
This morning, after my Dad sent me to my work place, he went back home and found that the shoes under the chair by the main door was disarray, and there was a pile of havoc made by the little one.
Cookie pulled the floor mat and towels from all over the 1st level of the house and lumped them together in the living hall, and as if that wasn't already enough, he even brought 1 side of the backyard slipper and nestled it within the towels. In addition, he had his biting bone and tug toy in that pile of lumpy mess. The red mat is pretty heavy, so I really wonder how he managed to drag it for such a distance!
He is such a terror, our little terror. =)
